Who is the Artist?

Zsolt Kosa is a renowned 2D artist with 15 years of experience via various projects, e.g. concept art and illustration in game development, brand identity building, geek fashion for Blizzard and Warner Bros., The National Gallery, etc. He created his own 2D outsourcing studio with friends in Budapest. Over the years he pledged to help other artists reach their potentials through creating art tools for them and sharing the painting process on his youtube channel.

WHAT COLLECTIONS DOES NEOC HAVE?

NEOC's genesis collection is EtherHeads, which is a unique pfp collection and a token. These unique portraits are a fusion between traditional avatars and abstract art. Each NFT was built using only the shapes of the Ethereum logo.

Our mission is to educate Web3 and raise awareness of traditional fine art. That's how the 4 Seconds of Abstract idea was born to honour the art of Rothko, Mondrian, Pollock and Kline. We are committed to keep the memory alive of these greatest artists via the reinterpretation of their style.

ART LAB is a new and unique, community-led NFT creation experiment. It's driven by the Art makers using Zsolt's hand, mind and creativity.

Our roadmap is our vision, what we fulfil together with our community. Our mission is to create high quality unique art collections for the metaverse and real life homes.

We prefer under-promising and over-delivering, therefore positively surprising our holders. We always work hard in the background to add more value to your NFTs.

HOW MUCH IS MINT?

EtherHeads are 0.05ETH to mint
If you have an EtherHeads, you have 1 free mint/wallet (gas only) from all other collections.

Art Lab collections are 0.05ETH.
Please note, Art Lab collections are available only for EH holders and Art Makers, there's NO public sale.

HOW DO I MINT?

Connect your MetaMask wallet in the top right corner, follow the prompts. It's ok for you to confirm that your wallet wants to access or "Sign".

Select the number of NFTs on the EtherHeads or Art Lab pages you want to purchase and click 'Mint'.

To be able to Mint from the Art Lab collection, you need to be an EtherHeads holder or became an 'Art Maker' on our Discord before the snapshot is taken each month.

Note that in any minting transaction in addition to the price of the NFT you will have to pay what's called “Gas”. This is an additional fee paid to the Ethereum network for verifying your transaction. Please note, NEOC has no control over network congestion and gas prices.

WHAT ARE RARITIES?

You can check the rarities of our collections via Rarity Sniper on their website or on our Discord.

EtherHeads: there are some rare looking cards (eg. Monochrome, Golden Frame), but since the original EHs are tokens, they hold the same utility and benefits to all holders equally.

Art Lab: there are 5 rarity categories: Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, Common, depending on which trait the artwork has.

WHAT ARE UTILITIES/BENEFITS?

Original EtherHeads are tokens which grant you permanent pre-sale rights to all other NEOC collections. The extra traits are being added randomly to some EtherHeads at every milestone reached. (Eg. Chameleon, discounts.)

WHAT ABOUT COMMERCIAL RIGHTS?

As long as you are the holder of the NFT you are granted a free licence to use the artwork for your own personal or commercial usage. We place no restrictions on how much money you can make from commercialising it. For more information about Licences, see our T&Cs.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY 4K file?

On Opensea: click on 'View on EtherHeads by NEOC' button and when the picture appears on EtherHead website, you can right click save it.

Or connecting your wallet on the EtherHead website to sign in, so you can access your own EtherHeads, plus all the awesome perks, like GIF editor and Banner editor. ;)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SELL MY ETHERHEADS?

If you won't hold any EtherHeads, you lose your mint-pass and access to some holder-only benefits. You will still be able to mint from other NEOC collections (please see the requirements specifically for each NEOC Collections).

ARE THE SALE PROCEEDS BEING REINVESTED?

Most importantly we are community focused and we are here for the long haul. We'll be investing back into the business and future projects to continue building and providing value for our holders.

We also want to reward the efforts of the team that is working so hard looking for partnerships, and delivering all the awesome projects and perks.

WHAT ARE THE ARTLAB REQUIREMENTS?

There's two ways to mint from Art Lab:
You own at least one EtherHeads NFT —> You have the right to mint (with the same wallet you hold your EHs) from every NEOC collection including Art Lab.
You picked up your Art Maker role from our Discord before the snap shot and got access to mint.

HOW MUCH IS MINT?

Art Lab collections are 0.05ETH

EtherHeads Holders have 1 free mint/wallet (gas only), on top of that they can mint 2 more / wallet. Art Makers can mint 3 in total / wallet.

WHO CAN MINT?

Only Art Makers and EtherHeads holders can mint, there is NO PUBLIC SALE!

How to prevent or fix issues during mint?

Make sure you are using the latest version of MetaMask and your operating system is up-to-date (especially on mobile device).

Generally if there's an issue, check your internet connection, try to disconnect and reconnect to the networks on MetaMask or try restarting your browser.

Use MetaMask app or WalletConnect on mobile device.

If you have trouble connecting on your phone, just open a browser in your MetaMask app and go to neoc.io.

HOW CAN I BECOME AN ART MAKER?

Simply join our Discord and pick up your Art Maker role in the Art Lab Explained channel. After becoming an Art Maker you'll have access to relevant channels and you'll be able to submit ideas and vote on experiments.

WHAT ARE RARITIES?
